Marshal is responsible in setting direction for all operations of the company. He started his career with Kasolute Directional Drilling Services (a Scientific Drilling Company partner Aberdeen UK) as a Directional wellbore survey engineer for approximately two years. Joined Halliburton Energy Services (Sperry Drilling Division) and retired as Senior Field Engineer / Geosteering Geologist after nine years. He was trained at the Houston Learning center, Houston Texas, and British university in Egypt (Shrouk city) Cairo. Worked across nations like Egypt, Nigeria, Gabon, Abu Dhabi (UAE), Sultanate of Oman, Malaysia and Tunisia on both land, swamp and offshore locations. He assumed the role of MD/CEO in 2016 at the demise of the founder, Chairman and CEO of the company (Late Chief Omunakwe Nyeche Adele JP’). He has a Masters degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Ibadan. He covers the drilling and subsurface (technical) side of the HELM Marginal Field Project in Tunisia (for both TOPIC Energy SA and Africa Finance Corporation).

Biography: Engr. Anthony (‘Tony’) Onwughara Nwachukwu joined ATAMABAY in January 2017 as a Managing Partner and brings over 20 years’ experience in upstream and integrated oil & gas operations across Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Nigeria. He is primarily a Chemical Engineer but combines this with experience across all aspects of the Exploration & Production Sector including Process Facilities Design/Optimization Engineering, Conceptual Engineering, Front End Development studies, Project execution, and Production and Asset Management. Prior to joining ATAMABAY Nigeria Limited, Engr. Tony was recently Principal Process Engineer Consultant for Delta Afrik Worley Parsons Engineering Company, Lagos Nigeria. Previous appointments are; Principal Consultant to TOPIC Energy Company Tunisia for the HELK EL Concession Project in Tunisia, Brunei Shell Oil Company as Senior Concept/Front End Engineer, Shell Exploration & Production Company (SPDC) Nigeria as a Senior Process Engineer, Crestech Engineering Company Lagos Nigeria as a Process Engineer, and ILF Consulting Engineer (with HQ in Germany) as a Process Engineer. Experience: Engr. Anthony (‘Tony’) Onwughara Nwachukwu brings extensive experience in Facilities Engineering Design and Project Management in safely running significant and complex oil and gas upstream and midstream operations in the E&P onshore and offshore sectors of a diverse range of geographies. He has Successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams, managing service providers and controlling significant budget. Engr. Anthony (‘Tony’) Onwughara Nwachukwu graduated from the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria, with a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) in Chemical Engineering in 1996. He is a Chartered Engineer and also a member of several professional organizations including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) as a Corporate Member, UK Institute of Chemical Engineers (IchemE) etc.

Nnamdi has been with the organization for over 15 years rising from the position of supervisor to Operations manager (covering Shell petroleum development company operations in IA Port Harcourt). He developed his knowledge in infrastructure and facility management under the late CEO Chief Omunakwe Nyeche Adele JP’. He is a certified safety professional and oversees safety implementation strategy with the entire management. He is the primary contact with various contract holders and helps to enhance customer – client relation. He holds a Bachelors degree in technical education and has undertaken trainings to deepen his service quality delivery skills.

Queeneth is the Project Planner/advisor for the organization since 2013. She is in charge of panning, controlling, executing, controlling, executing and closing out projects. Responsible for developing WBS and continuous improvement of WBS. She holds a Masters degree in Strategic Project Management from the Herriot Watt university Aberdeen. She has been an exciting addition to the improved team since 2013 and initiated project strategies to improve organizations service quality.
